Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how Claibe ApS (CVR 45872289) uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on claibe.com and in our platform.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. We use them and similar technologies to:
- Keep you signed in and remember your preferences
- Understand how you use our website
- Protect against fraud and abuse
- Show relevant marketing (only with your consent)
Your Consent
The first time you visit us, a cookie banner lets you choose which categories to allow. Only necessary cookies are active before you have given consent - all analytics and marketing services are off by default (we use Google Consent Mode with everything set to "denied" until you actively opt in).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the "Cookie settings" button at the bottom of the page. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
Your choice is stored in the cookie_consent cookie for 180 days.
Categories
We use the same four categories as in the cookie banner:
Necessary
Required for the website to function and cannot be deselected:
- Session and authentication (login)
- Language settings
- Security functions, including Cloudflare Turnstile (captcha) and device fingerprinting via FingerprintJS, which we use to prevent abuse of free trials (based on our legitimate interest)
- Your cookie consent choice (
cookie_consent, 180 days)
Preferences
Remembers your choices and personalizes the experience, e.g. enhanced functionality and personalization settings.
Statistics
Loaded only with your consent:
- Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) - traffic analytics
- Hotjar - user experience analytics and session recordings (pseudonymized)
In addition, we use Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across websites.
Marketing
Loaded only with your consent:
- Klaviyo - linking website activity to newsletter/marketing communication
- Any advertising tags via Google Tag Manager
Third Parties
The services mentioned are provided by third parties (Google, Hotjar Ltd., Klaviyo Inc., Vercel Inc., Cloudflare, FingerprintJS), which have their own privacy policies. Some are established in the USA - transfers are based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Read more in our privacy policy.
Managing Cookies
In addition to our "Cookie settings" button, you can control and delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking necessary cookies may prevent the platform from working correctly.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, e.g. when we add or replace services. The latest version will always be available on our website.
